for Australian & New Zealand customers.
Inspection Systems can be called at any time to provide limited phone support.
Inspection Systems customers can call the 1800 number from anywhere in Australia 24 hours a day. During AEST hours 8:30AM to 4:30PM weekdays calls will be supported out of the Melbourne Office. Outside these hours a rostered technician is available for calls and we will aim to resolve most urgent technical issues by phone within 30 minutes where possible.
In New Zealand:
Inspection Systems customers can call the 0800 number from anywhere in New Zealand 24 hours a day and we will aim to resolve most urgent technical issues by phone within 30 minutes where possible.
If a customer requires extended phone and/or remote support or a service call to site to resolve problems charges apply via an account and a Purchase Order number or suitable authorisation must be provided. Site visits are subject to technician availability and may include charges for interstate travel where applicable.
Customers calling for general enquiries or non-urgent support may be requested to call back during office hours or submit an email request.
Where an On Call technician may be on a service call or travelling, you may be required to leave a voicemail, please leave your details and you will be called back at the earliest availability.
Customers with contracted Service Agreements in place may be given priority for On Call support.
