The X5 Standard detects metallic and non-metallic contaminants such as glass, stone, calcified bone, high-density plastics and flavour clumps.
It can simultaneously perform quality checks, including monitoring fill levels, counting components and checking for damaged or malformed packaging. Rounded surfaces and a tubular framework made from 304 grade stainless steel, make the X5 robust enough to withstand harsh working conditions and washdown specifications.
Adaptive Array Technology (AAT) eliminates the need to specify diode array pixel size and automatically adjusts between 0.4mm, 0.8mm and 1.6mm for the best detection performance. The Windows-based computer is equipped with a 12” color touchscreen control panel.
Instead of the usual lamp stack, the X5 incorporates a clear and easily cleaning dome signal lamp which displays the status at a glance.
The X5 comes with a ‘green’ bonus that delivers high quality images with energy efficient power consumption. Cooling options suit your application and the energy-saving heat exchange system delivers excellent thermal dissipation.
