Insort Sherlock Hypernova
Precision sorting for nuts, dried fruit and small bulk products.
The Sherlock Hypernova is built for sorting small-sized products such as nuts, dried fruit and IQF fruit and vegetables. It combines CIT® Gen3 chemical imaging, high-resolution colour cameras and real-time deep neural networks to remove the smallest foreign bodies and defects – organic or inorganic, visible or hidden. A modular design lets each machine be configured to the product, while inline quality data is captured in real time.
