The new and improved model features a stronger and sturdier frame and new algorithm which improves product throughput by up to 20% compared to its predecessor. The AI-Sort is also equipped with a new intuitive touchscreen and camera board which enhances the signal-to-noise ratio by 30%. This results in improved sorting accuracy and the ability to identify smaller colour differences and defects in food products. The system is available in four chutes through to ten chute models to meet your processing demands.
